TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Please note that you are purchasing a Highly restricted, non-refundable airline ticket that carries cancelltion and change penalties imposed by the airline and cannot be disputed.
- It is important that the billing address and phone number you provide are the address and phone number that your credit card company has on file for you. We will not be able to process your order if the information provided does not match.
- Most tickets are E-Tickets and will be issued as E-Tickets whenever possible. If tickets have to be issued as Paper Tickets, there will be an additional shipping charge to ship via FedEx/UPS/DHL.
- All ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled.
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non- transferable.
- Usually ticket exchanges once they are issued cannot be made and will always incur substantial penalties, which may exceed the original cost of the ticket purchased. Please contact us for any assistance
- In some cases tickets do not qualify for frequent flyer mileage accrual or upgrades. Please check with individual Airline for details
- Seat assignments can be arranged through our service center or contacting the airlines directly or will be made at the airport on the day of departure.
- We require an US Billing and Delivery address.
- If this is an international trip, special travel documentation like visa may be required for each traveler. You are solely responsible for any and all such documentation.
Travel insurance is available
Please note: A valid passport is required for all travel outside of the United States,
and must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after the scheduled departure date
Unaccompanied Minors: Children age 5 through 14 years may be required to use the airline's
Unaccompanied Minor service. Additionally, you may be required to pay a fee to use this service, which is usually charged at
check-in with specific airlines. Unaccompanied minor policies and fees vary by airline; please check with your airline for specific
policies and fees.
Service Fees: We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for issuance of your airline ticket, car rental,
hotel reservation, cruise, or tour booking.

CHECK-IN. Minimum check-in time for domestic flights is 1 to 1 1/2 hours; 2 hours for international flights.
A Picture I.D. is required for all domestic flights. Passports and visas (when required) are mandatory for all international flights.
RECONFIRMATION. Domestic flights should be reconfirmed in cases of inclement
weather situations or if a flight was booked some length of time prior to departure and international flights at
least 72 hours prior to departure. . Failure to use any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all
continuing and return reservations.
HOTELS are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans,
please notify your hotel(s) within the time period specified.
TOUR/PACKAGE PRICES are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations,
tariff changes or increase in operational costs. In addition, group tours/packages are based on a minimum number
of passengers traveling: if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed
on all other passengers.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: CTS and its agents try to secure the lowest possible fare suitable for your
travel requirements based on space available at the time of booking, accessible sources of information, and knowledge
of agents involved. Please verify the airline Fare Rules for the itinerary you are booking, since some fares are
non-refundable and may result in penalties for changes or cancellations. Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your tickets have been issued.

right to use any of the trademarks.

BASIS. CTS AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING OUR SITE. ALL INFORMATION, PRICES, AND
AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT
OUR SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERUPTED. ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF CONTENT

OF PERSONAL EFFECTS AND LUGGAGE. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES CAUSED TO ANY TRAVELER
IN CONNECTION WITH TERRORIST ACTIVITIES, SOCIAL OR LABOR UNREST, MECHANICAL OR CONSTRUCTION FAILURES OR DIFFICULTIES,
DISEASES, LOCAL LAWS, CLIMATIC CONDITIONS, ABNORMAL CONDITIONS OR DEVELOPMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ACTIONS, OMISSIONS,
OR CONDITIONS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. THE TRAVELER ASSUMES COMPLETE AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND HEREBY RELEASES
THE AGENT FROM, ANY DUTY OF CHECKING AND VERIFYING ANY AND ALL PASSPORT, VISA, VACCINATION, OR ANY OTHER
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH DESTINATION, AND ALL SAFETY AND SECURITY CONDITIONS OF SUCH DESTINATIONS,

OR BOOKINGS AFTER ISSUANCE SHALL CONSTITUTE A CONSENT TO THE ABOVE AND AN AGREEMENT ON HIS/HER PART TO CONVEY
THE CONTENTS HERETO TO HIS/HER TRAVEL COMPANIONS OR GROUP TRAVEL MEMBERS.
